Provoking the Muse

I was re-reading the Claim of Reason today and I stumbled on one (of the many) Emerson quote in particular that had past me by last year. I dont know how except that I found the Emersonian part of the Emersonian Perfectionism to be the bland half. But Im reconsidering that now.

I cannot presently think of a better way to describe a muse, my muse, my muse-ness.
